Here's Who I Can Help...
I only work with a few select people.  You need to meet the following criteria...
  • You must be willing to WORK HARD, This is not a get rich quick program.  You cannot be so quick to quit when it gets "hard".  It will get hard,  We will work through it. And you can never complain that this does not work in your market.  I have worked with people all over the country and as long as there are houses,  This can work in any market.  
  • You must be a FAST ACTION TAKER, and follow instructions.  If you're one who is afraid to take decisive, massive action - or one who has to have all their questions answered before you do anything out of fear of a mistake - then DO NOT apply. I would rather you take action and improve along the way. 
  • You must have a budget of at least $300 per month to spend on marketing.  We are really in the marketing business.  It is all about finding the deal.  The more you market, the more leads you will get.  If you do no marketing it is tough to get your business off the ground.  I will teach you how to get the most bang for your buck and cut out the trial and error.
  • You must be willing to go meet with homeowners and make offers.  I am not one of those guys who teaches how to do this all over the internet.  I believe that the money is made in the living room.  If you are unwilling to get out there then please do not apply. 
  • You must have 1-2 hours a day to invest in your business.  The title of my book is Work Just Gets In The Way Of Making Money However,  That refers to your JOB.  This business takes work and much like anything else,  The more you put into it,  The more you will get out of it.
  • You must be willing to invest money and time in coaching.  You need to be able to invest in your education and your business. I get asked a dozen times a day If a person can pay for coaching out of their deals,  If I did that I would have hundreds of people a week and no time to really help anyone.  Especially,  Hands on like I am offering here.
  • Someone who can make a decision TODAY.  Once we speak, you need to be prepared to say, "Yes, this is for me", or "No, this is not for me."  It's totally okay to say, "No".  But you're not allowed to say, "I need to think about it."  If you need a spouse to discuss this with, that's totally cool (and actually required).  Just make sure they will be on the phone with you when we talk.  Sound good?

Here's Who I Can't Help...
I only work with a few select people. You need to meet the following criteria...
  • If you are broke, please don't apply. As much as I'd like to, I cannot offer free coaching.  And I don't do deal splits with students. If you can't afford coaching right now, that's fine. There are tons of really good resources and free education on my podcast The Ugly Truth About Real Estate Investing.
  • This is not some get rich quick scheme - where you can just push a button and checks come in.  I see those advertised.  I do not believe in them and this is definitely not one.  This takes work.  Its awesome work and the pay is great but its work never the less.  If you do not want to work,  I cannot help you.
  • To repeat what I said above....  I can't help someone who can't make a decision to take action today.  If this isn't the right time for you, that's okay.  If you apply, and we get on the phone, you need to give me a "yes" or a "no".  It's okay to say "no".  But you can't say, "I need to think about it."  Once we're on the phone, I need to know that you're ready to pull the trigger TODAY.

 How much should this cost? 

If you want a sustainable,  stable real estate investing business within the next 6-12 months, how much would it be worth to you?  

I want you to think about two numbers... 1) What are you making right now in real estate?  And 2) how much do you want to make per year? Now, what's the difference in that number?  $10,000?  $25,000?  $100,000?

If I can get you there in 12 months, how much is that worth to you?

What % of that income are you willing to invest in your financial independence, for your family's financial independence and for your freedom?  

I understand… This is not for everyone. Maybe you can't swing it right now.... That's totally cool. It's okay to say no. I might offer this again… (Maybe... maybe not???)
